Refund Policy

Light Up Th Night Bonfires and Beach Rentals does the best we can to make sure that you get the best service and the most enjoyable experience. However, we do understand that life can happen. Our refund policy is as follows:

$50 of your fee becomes a nonrefundable deposit. if you have to cancel for any reason we will refund all but the $50.

If we have already pulled the permit for your fire and you cancel, then you forfeit the deposit and the permit fee. 

If we have already loaded your fire into the truck to take to you or we have already set up your fire, you should probably come enjoy it as there will be no refund. 

Please keep in mind that we cannot control the weather. We will do everything we can to make sure that you get your fire however if it is a rain out and we cannot reschedule the above refund policy doers apply. This policy applies to our beach chairs also.
